We’ll meet virtually,
every Wednesday for 4 sessions
April 23 to May 14
These courses blend modern psychology, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, and Buddhist practices to offer practical tools for navigating your emotional world. You’ll learn to understand your triggers, ride the waves of intense emotions, build positive emotional habits, and work with your nervous system to face life’s challenges with more ease.
Each session builds on the last, guiding you deeper into self-awareness and emotional resilience. By the end, you'll have a toolkit you can take with you, a glimpse of what’s possible, and the first step toward becoming the pilot of your emotional wisdom.
The road is long — this is just the beginning — but it’s a powerful place to start, alongside a team that deeply cares about this work. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or simply curious about the deeper layers of your inner world, this is for you.

I see myself as a guide, helping people navigate the often-scary and infinite terrain of the mind. Don’t worry — I’ve got you. I carry a flashlight, snacks, and a map I’m still drawing, line by line. I have extensive practice and training in emotional intelligence, Buddhist and Vedic studies, and energetic and spiritual traditions. I create spaces that feel grounded and protected for you to explore, feel, and transform. My work invites curiosity, compassion, and the courage to be vulnerable.
